1. Processing Time All orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing. This includes time for production, printing, and quality checks before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time Once your order is processed, the shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated shipping times are 3-21 business days varying per country.

Please note that delays may occur due to external factors such as customs, weather conditions, or postal services, especially during busy seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep track of your package. If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

5. Shipping Restrictions Currently, we only ship to the countries available at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

6. Address Errors Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there’s an error with your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages We take extra care to package your items securely, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged. These charges are beyond our control and vary by location.
